Cancellation & refunds
Transfers: cancellations received at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup qualify for a full refund. Hourly service: cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup qualify for a full refund.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. A no-show means the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location, including an address or airport.
Flight delays, weather and other unforeseen circumstances are reviewed individually. Exceptions are not guaranteed. Every refund requires the owner's personal confirmation and is not issued automatically.
To request a cancellation or an individual review, contact reservations@easydrivenllc.com with your booking reference. Notice is measured from receipt of your request to the scheduled pickup time shown in your booking, in Pacific time.

Includes the selected services and tip. Transfer night surcharge: 15% from 10 PM to 6 AM. New Year: 100% from Dec 31 at 8 PM to Jan 1 at 5 AM, replacing the night surcharge. Hourly has neither surcharge.
